Check-In And Check-Out
Self check-in anytime after 16:00. You get your PIN Code for the door opening one day before your arrival via email. The code is valid until check-out time at 11:00 next day.
Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, it is subject to availability.
We are not a hotel and this is a non-serviced area with no reception.
cancellation policy

Non Refundable Rate: Your reservation may be charged anytime after booking is confirmed. If you cancel, modify your reservation or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is Non-refundable. The payment is Non-refundable even in case of early departure.
Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior arrival. If cancelled or modified with less than 24 hours prior arrival, your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Cancellation request must be in writing if you need to cancel your booking,
Child policy
The glass lodges are 20 m2 and there is not much space for an additional cot in the room. However, it is no problem to provide an extra pillow, duvet, chair and towel for an infant travelling with adults.
hot tub
The hot tub is covered with a lid on arrival. The cover needs to be secured with two straps on the wall when hot tub is used. There is a constant stream of hot water into the hot tub, please always check temperature before entering the hot tub as heat might vary slightly due to weather conditions.
Lost property
Lost and found items will remain on the lodge premises for a period of three months. Please contact us if you have forgotten any items.
drone flight
The lodge is a semi-attached building, sharing one wall. To respect the neighbours privacy, drone flight is prohibited.
Complaints or comments
We strive to cater to the individual needs of our guests at all times, so if you feel there is an area that we can improve, or if you are unsatisfied with your visit. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at the lodge should be reported right away so that it can be resolved at the time.
Force Majure
Night & Day Glass Lodge cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations that are caused by events that are beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to strikes, restriction on supplies, acts of civil or military authority, acts of terrorism, insurrections, peace or army action, civil commotion, demonstrations, natural disasters, pandemics etc.
OTHER CHARGES
Smoking or vaping penalty in any area inside the hotel is 300 euros
Extra cleaning charges due to vomit or if room is unusual messy is 300 euros.
If any damages are made to lodge property or items full fee for replacement will be charged.
